Had my bun Theo for two years and I finally decided to expand his living space from just his cage to giving him half of my entire living room. A recent visit to the vet really had me concerned about how happy he truly was considering he had an infection in both ears and a hairball in his stomach and didn’t show any signs of discomfort or unhappiness throughout it all. I felt so bad, so I went all out for him this month like a real bunny daddy would do.

For some reason I can’t upload the file in attachments because it says its too large, but here’s a link to the result. I took this earlier in the day, so I’ve rearranged some stuff since then, but I’m open to any and all suggestion to help make this new world a paradise for the little guy.

Does he still get time out of the pen?

It looks great good on you for realising where there was room for improving his life and doing something about it , his new home looks lots of fun

Some ideas for cheapish easy ways to change it up everynow and then : cardboard boxes, toilet paper rolls stuffed with hay , plastic plant pots to throw around , baby plastic stacking cups ( you can build for him to knock down )

I live in a small apartment, so the playpen is about as big of space as I can give him that I consider safe I’m afraid. I have a leash for him and take him out for walks every now and then though, so there is that.

              And those ideas sound great.
