I’ve heard that they calm down some after getting fixed, does this refer more to aggression or playing? thx

They calm down a bit with the digging, territorial spraying and poops, and any aggression. Neutering mellowed Bombur out, so he pretty much is content to flop and eat 22 hours a day and play for 2 hours. Asriel post neuter was way more friendly and does binkies constantly now.

That usually refers to aggression. I’ve never heard of a rabbit being less playful after being neutered.

My Fernando is a real little white fluffball of energy. He loves to jump on top of the hidey boxes in the condo and the X-pen to get a better look at the world around him, and I’m very glad I got the 42″ size X-pen because I know for a fact he’s quite the jumper. I almost shudder to think what he was like before he got fixed! His lady mother Panda (spayed, too) is more sedate but I’ve seen her hop up on top of the X-pen hidey box a couple of times last evening, too, and she did a nice little dash at one point.
