im going to get Boston a new pen as he can jump out of the 60cm tall  one almost , im looking at this one but are these sort of ones stable on carpet? i know most of these heavy duty ones are made to be staked into the ground outside but are they stable without staking ?

I have never used one of those pens in particular-but they do look very sturdy. if you are worried you could build some type of base to secure the bottom to all the way around.

I have a similar pen and it is stable on carpet in my house The buns can push it around a little if they really try, but i’ve never been worried about it falling down

I’ve got a somewhat similar one, 42″ high, colored gold instead of black, that I’m going to give its first proper field test this evening. It’s pretty high, but as I found out Saturday when I was paying my pre-homecoming visit to my buns at their foster mom’s, Fernando is quite the jumper! His mother Panda is more sedate…

I imagine the circular configuration is the most stable. You could use bricks to reinforce the base

I was just looking at that for my Bun! We have a flimsier xpen attached to her bunny condo, but then don’t hold up to 65 lb Basset or 35 going to be 50 pound Lab puppy. I was considering getting it and putting some sort of wooden base/edging around it so hay doesn’t come out and dogs can push it.
