        Update…

This morning he ate almost all his pellets and he ate a lot of hay. His poop is back to normal size. He’s been running around like crazy binkying everywhere. He’s also been a snuggle bug and curled up with me in my bed.
So… hes basically back to normal. I’m so glad nothing is wrong with him. I hope he stays this way and nothing changes.

I am continuing to hand feed him some hay and pelllets just to make sure he still is eating.

I want to thank Wick, DanaNM, BunNoob⁢3, sarahthegemini and Luna for helping me figure out what was up with my bunny. The all have been so helpful. I really appreciate you all helping me without you all I wouldn’t have known what to do. So thank you!

All good! Glad to hear he’s doing well again!

Since you are in an area without many vet options, it would be great to put together a good first aid kit: critical care, simithicone, thermometer (your vet can show you how to use), syringes for feeding.

Just in case a more serious case happens when the vet is gone again.

Absolutely great to hear everything is good. It may be worth setting an appointment once your vet is back, so you can get a solid read on what happened. My vet says individual rabbits have their own methods of showing that something is wrong, so if you can pinpoint some of Shadow’s, that’d be beneficial for the future!

Yay! I agree with DanaNM; a first aid kit is very helpful.
