I just got a new hay feeder from Etsy that has three holes in the front and is made out of wood. I had it hanging on the side of their condo and somehow it got unhinged when Lily was inside of one of the holes. The hole slightly overlaps the side of the litter box which it was on the side of so when it fell it kind of smash her inside of it. She froze for about 10 seconds and then pulled out and is seemingly OK I felt her down and her ear twitches when I touch a certain spot on her chest only slightly, although I can’t tell if her ear hits tickles. But otherwise she is eating and acting completely normal should I be worried?

Ouch, I’m glad she’s acting ok. It sounds like it just stunned her for a bit. As for her ear twitching when you touch her chest, not a lot of buns like their chest touched, so she might just be reacting to that as opposed to being in pain.
