I realize the forums can be a little heavy at times. Having been on both sides (the concerned owner and the concerned commenter) I hope this will be a fun thread to share both recent and long past experiences of the odd and funny quirks of your Rabbits

Rocket, my bun, often spends nice lovely petting time with my sister. Afterward, she will clean every last part of her body- no joke. It’s like a child wiping away their mother’s kiss.

            Great idea

When they get their veggies in morning and evening, Moose will grab a leaf and run a “victory lap” with it in his mouth, like a dog excited to get a stick!

I’m convinced it’s a behavior he learned from growing up with 3 brothers always trying to steal his veg!

Finn likes to play in my brothers room because he has a lot of wood blocks. He watches and waits until my brother gets a nice big tower before running up and knocking it over and throwing the pieces around. It is so cute to watch that even my brother who is building his city laughs as he binkys back to his spot to wait out the next building.

DanaNM – Luna does victory laps too! Only with hay biscuits/cubes.

After getting a nibble of a naughty treat, Chewie runs away with a head toss and a binky – I can almost hear him singing We Are the Champions…

When I clean my rabbit’s litter in the morning I have to get on all fours and basically crawl into his ‘condo.’ He supervises me by hopping on my back and watching what I’m doing over my shoulder. LOL

Its so funny! sometimes she is too fast for us to even say it before shes back again! she usually breaks off and binkies over to the dining room then runs around the table and binkies her way back. I guess she’s got her own little race course lol

my mini lop Gimly will go sit next to his bunny bed when he really wants pets, and just stare at you until you come over to him. If he doesnt get pets in timely fashion he will come over to the couch and start bumping our feet and legs demanding attention, then hop back over to his bunny bed and wait. lol.

My bun does something similar! But instead of asking for pets, she withholds them from me until I do what she wants lol!

Every day after work I come home and put my backpack down and greet her for a minute then give her her salad. She used to let me pet her for a bit and then got antsy about her salad, but now she won’t let me have any love until I give her the salad first  She goes over to her bowl and nudges it toward me and then runs into the kitchen and waits by the fridge and if I don’t follow she comes back over to me like “Hey, what the heck!” and I reach in for a pet but she just hops back to the fridge  So I let little miss priss run the show!! lol

Sprocket will sit and stare for a bit then hop in one place and just over the side then does it a few more time before breaking into full sprint…then returns to the cage for a bunny flop attempt that generally fails and ends him on his back…he will try a few times then just slowly stretch onto his stomach arms and legs out…”steady! Careful! don’t over rotate!” …then from that position of already lying down will he flip to his aside to assume the flop position. so funny.

he also just turned 3 months and he has celebrated by becoming a total horndogger…I cant pet him without him trying to climb up my arm and hum it…right arm only…never the left even when I switch them… I also tried giving him a teddy bear to get funky with but nope…just my arm…and I’m like come on!!! you are cute and a pervert at the same time.
