It’s basically as the subject says. My wife and I, plus our two female rabbits, are preparing to move in several days. We have moved them before on this same trip and they did very well (It’s about three hours drive, plus an hour flight) so I’m not too worried about how they’ll behave on a plane
But what I am worried about is one of our rabbits just started pulling out her fur and making a nest, so it looks like she’s just starting to go through a False pregnancy. My question is, is she going to be okay during the move away from her nest? I imagine she will probably be away from it for around six hours total, and she will be in the carrier with the other bun the whole time. Is this safe, will it cause problems? Very unlucky timing, although I haven’t seen anyone else in this situation so I’m not sure if it’s something I should be concerned about.

I wouldn’t worry, although I am not well read in rabbit nesting behaviour so take this with a pinch of salt. I imagine the worst that could happen is she rejects the nest which would not have been used anyway and make a new one, unless there is any possibility she was visited by a male rabbit if she lives outside. But that is a very slim chance. So long as your sure it’s false I’d say its ok to temporarily part her from the nest.
