Thought you guys would like to see the tiny thing I managed to catch in a Target parking lot the other day. 90% sure it is a boy, though he is young enough that his balls haven’t dropped. Based on the ears and fur, I’m guessing he’s a purebred standard rex. Guessing he wasn’t out long, since he doesn’t look to have any injuries or fleas and isn’t thin.

Name is Cadbury Rex.  My poor old bunny soulmates are going to have to learn to live with a third in a month or two, haha.

Oh my Squee!!!! What a complete doll!!! I have a super soft spot for Rex’s as my first bun, Stormy, was a Mini-Rex. And who could not be enchanted by a bunny that soft???? What a terrible thing that he was found in a parking lot. Someone else’s loss for sure.

Hard to tell, are his eyes pink or blue? Or like my Bindi, where they are sort of a mix of both. Bindi doesn’t have the true red eyes, they sort of have a blueish tinge to them.

Yep, he’s a little REW, just like my old Mr. Bunny. I remember Stormy from when I first joined here so long ago! Always thought he was beautiful. I have a soft spot for the rexes myself, haha.

Hi FB! Really great to see you posting again.
What age are Mr B and Mrs R now?

Wow, this bun is lucky to have been found by a rabbit lover such as yourself I wonder what his story is?
                Welcome Cadbury!

So you have plans to bond him to your pair?

Hey Jersey! Finally another member I remember! Mr. Bunny is now 9 1/2 and Ms. Rabbit is close to 8.

Yes, I will likely try bonding them – once Cadbury is neutered and settles in and all. So likely 2 months or so down the line.

Also: this little guy is FAST! I thought Mr. Bunny was fast when he was young, but Cadbury is much quicker. He can go up and down our 30 ft hallway in a couple seconds flat…and all that from a 3 pound baby. He also has no fear of walking on tile, which will make the “invisible fence” of our tiled hallways pretty ineffective for him!

Oh my goodness, he’s a handsome fellow! Love his eyes. Lucky bunbun, to be abducted from such a dangerous place by a bunny-loving entity.
