        Hi all!

Thor has been doing this weird thing lately, wondering if anyone has any ideas about it?

She has always been very territorial of “her” area of the kitchen. However recently my husband had to go in there to clean stuff and she started doing this thing where she will run up to him, grunt, nip at his clothes/ankles, then binky away like she is having fun? Since we noticed this we tried a few more times, and she will always grunt, and sometimes box and nip before binkying away.

Is she having fun and playing with us, or genuinely mad? I honestly can’t tell.

Before you ask, yes we are sure she is spayed. She is 2 yrs old and was spayed 9 months ago. Thoughts?

I suspect it’s territorial. While binkies are generally a sign of a very exuberant bun, they are also used in the wild to show off when establishing hierarchy within the warren. So it sounds to me that your husband is considered part of the fluffle, but that Thor feels that he needs to be schooled in the courtesies of invading a girl’s space.
