So Lancelot is getting over another bout of not eating/pooping. He IS currently eating well and pooping, feeling better, playing, cuddling, tossing things in his water bowl etc. He is eating pellets, 1/2 Tbsp oat groats, mixed salad greens, bok choy, bell peper, radish, a pear core (I think that caused the mushy cecotrope), kale, romaine, and his herbal Oxbow hay cookies. I had been feeding him criical care between 19 June and 30 June. (He doesn’t eat hay – hasn’t eaten it in a year, and hasn’t eaten his compressed hay bubes since April). I’v been giving him benebac since the last few days he has had mushy cecotropes. I do collect his cecotropes and he gobbles them up like candy… Today this was in his diaper. It’s the goopiest poop I’v ever seen. Is this a typical stasis goop?

I can’t be sure, but based on others’ descriptions of their buns having more liquidity-than-normal poops after stasis, it seems like what they described would look like what is in your pics. It’s good that he has a lot of normal poops in there.

Yeah me thinks it is end-of-stasis-goop, just haven’t seen it quite that goopy before.
