I have been given a load of carrots, some are frozen, is it OK to defrost carrots and give them to Olly, or is it best he has the un frozen ones?

I’d say safe bet is go fresh. You never know what was used during the freezing process, whether or not the carrot itself is organic or not.

I think that carrots would lose their crunchy consistency if they were frozen and thawed, and bunnies that are used to the crunch may not like that. The frozen ones would probably be better for you to use in your own cooking.

It’s not unsafe to give thawed veg that has been frozen, but some buns won’t eat it. Some buns will though, so you could try.
