So I got my boy Echo yesterday, he’s very young and he was really late back in the car. But then when I got home, I placed him in his room to get used to it. Well the next morning I went to give him more food and water, and he hopped right up to me and started licking my feet. Well he continued to do that until my brother came in and he did the same thing! I know it’s not affection because he just met me. What is he doing?

Aw! It certainly is affection. He is giving you kisses to show you that he likes you. Usually it takes a while for a bun to warm up to people, but baby rabbits can be more accepting. Even though he is new, it doesn’t mean he can’t show you he is happy to see you!

He sounds like a very sweet rabbit. Hope you continue to bond
