Hi, I have a rabbit named Finn and I was wondering what a safe amount of carrot tops are for him to consume. Right now I generally given them as a treat but since they are greens and he loves them, is it safe to give him more? What is a safe amount?

How old is Finn? (he can start having veggies once he is 3 months old) I’m not sure if there is a safe or unsafe amount of veggies per se, but they should be introduced slowly in small amounts and one kind at a time so that it doesn’t upset his tummy. Also, his diet should be comprised of 80% hay, and then the other 20% can be split up among veggies, pellets, and treats.
