My rabbit has 6 babies that are about 2 weeks old now. They can all run around normally, except for one that cannot use its hind leg it seems. I will put it down and the bunny will suddenly fall over on its side and try and stumble to walk without using its back left leg. Could this be injury? partial paralysis? I am very worried, and i hope it will be okay. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Take it to a vet. There could be a few issues. You want to rule out anything that could be contagious (infection, parasites, ect) and want to treat it asap

            I agree with Mikey.
I just want to add that the BB forums isn’t the optimum place to ask baby rabbit questions. We don’t discuss breeding here so we have few members with baby bun experience. You’ll find more baby-savvy people at Rabbits Online, in their The Rabbitry and Showroom -section. http://www.rabbitsonline.net/

Rabbittalk is another rabbit forum where there’s a section for breeders and people raising bunnies. http://rabbittalk.com/
