My rabbit hasn’t ever really liked my brother. However, recently he nipped my brother drawing blood. Then today, he charged at my brother and growled. Then later tried to nip at his ankles. What is the cause of this and what should I do? The rabbit in question is neutered.

Is your bun like this with all males, or just your brother? If its just your brother, I would assume your brother did something that your rabbit is holding a grudge for. A few other possibilities: has/does your brother try to bond with your bunny? Does your brother have/is he around dogs or other animals often? Is your brother loud? Has your bunny ever witnessed your brother hurt you, physically or emotionally/made you cry (I cried during an argument with my boyfriend and one of my rabbits saw; the bun proceeded to bite at him for the next few days after)?

He (the rabbit) shows some aggression to males. However, my brother has never tired to bond with the rabbit as he is primarily my own rabbit. My brother is somewhat loud but not any louder than myself most of the time.

If hes never really tried to bond with your bun, theres a chance your bun just sees him as someone intruding/a stranger
