They think they should live in rabbit cages only! I wanted to build him a bottom bunk rabbit cage but they think its unsanitary!

As long the area is cleaned regularly, it’s not that much more ‘unsanitary’ than an actual cage. We use an x-pen for our bunnies, which includes: trash bags lining the floor, yoga mats on top of that, and blankets on top of that. Hay and other bunny messes gets on it but it’s cleaned out once a week, bunnies are somewhat cleanly on their own, and bunnies get a lot of floor time so they’re not coped up in there all the time. Plus, their litterbox gets cleaned twice a day.

Thanks @sleepy for the help. But they just think its too unsanitary. I know its not but they don’t believe me. Do you think getting him neutered would help litter train him? If so,I’m looking into it,but I’d have to pay but I don’t have a job.

Neutureing does help a lot with litter training!

Does your town have paper routes? Paper routes are an easy job to keep in the middle of schooling for younger people but you’d have to be there for a while and save up for it

I’m pretty sure I could make extra money helping my grandma.

Okay good plan! Cause it is recommended to get bunnies neutured not only for litter training but also to help them not be overly territorial or aggressive with pent up hormones
