So my rabbit keeps trying to get behind his cage so I put my hand there. A lately he has started nipping/biting my hand to try to get it away ( he hasn’t drawn blood). So I don’t no what to do I don’t want him to think he can start biting me cause that’s the first time he’s bit me. How can I stop him from biting me?

How old is he? Is he neutered? It may be more if a nip just to tell you to get out of his way, mine do that sometimes. Especially since its when he tries to get somewhere and you get in between him and it. I wouldnt be too worried about it unless he starts biting you on other occasions.
You can try making a high pitched “eek!” Next time to try and tell him that hurts. If you try nudging him out of that space and saying no, he may start to understand. Mine also listen when I “thump” my foot on the floor, like they do when they’re displeased. All of these are things I have practiced with my bunnies and they have worked.
I hope this works out for you! I doubt he’ll continue biting you when you aren’t in his way, mine never have. Best of luck.

He either feels you are invading his space or he’s scared because you might be approaching him from an angle where he can’t see properly.

Rabbits can be very territorial or protective of their spaces. Nipping can sometimes occur due to hormones, if your rabbits isn’t neutered, or he just may not like your hands in a space that he wants to be in and has claimed. It might be a hidey space for him. Is there a way to block off the back of the cage so that can no longer get back there? If it’s not hurting anything for him to be back there, you can just leave him alone and let him come out when he wants to, otherwise you can try to block off his access.

If you dont want him behind his cage, get some bunny safe wood and put it back there, or move the cage. He is nipping. Nipping is not biting. Nipping is how rabbits communicate that they do not like something. He wants to go back there, its not blocked off so he thinks he is allowed back there, you keep stopping him last minute, he nips to show that he doesnt like you blocking him last second like that, and might feel like you are teasing him.
