Hi everyone I just joined this site a few days ago!

So I’m Vincent, and I currently have two bunnies but have had a total of four.

My current buns are Sketch and Acrylic, a bonded male female (both fixed) couple!

Sketch is a lion head and I got him from a local breeder to be friends with my other male whom has since passes away. He is two years and 7 months and has been bonded with Acrylic for about 7 months now though I have had Acrylic for a year. His favorite thing to do is follow Acrylic around and groom her whenever possible! His favorite foods are parsley and apple.

After he got depressed from the passing away of my other boy he sorta withdrew from me and I am still working on getting him to be comfortable with me again, so far he’ll let me pet him while he eats, but only on his face, and comes over to climb on me with Acrylic.

I got Acrylic shortly after my older male passed away to help with Sketches depression as he wouldn’t eat and I had to syringe feed him. After I got Acrylic Sketch was basically back to his old habits except for the fact that he withdrew from me. I am pretty sure he was happy to have another bunny living in the pen next to him

Acrylic is a rescued Angora cross, I got her from the local spca and she is 2 years and 3 months.she had been at the spca for a total of 7 months before I got her as when I first got her no one else would even consider taking her home to give her a chance. When I first got her she was the most skittish jumpy scared bunny you’d ever meet, I am pretty sure she must of been abused in her old home. I took her home immediately and started with sitting in her pen everyday until she started warming up.

After a month she would allow me to handle her and then I started officaly pre bonding them because before I couldn’t get her to switch pens and another month and I officaly started bonding them and they got along famously

She is one of the most snuggly buns you’d ever meet now! She still has issues because of her past. When I walk through she’ll go find a hiding spot and she generally doesn’t like to get pet unless she decides to groom me first. She likes to hop over and climb onto my back when I’m laying on my stomach and grooms me between the shoulders.

Her favorite food is kale and apples and she loves playing with Sketch! When they go running out in the back yard she’ll sometimes slow down to make sure that Sketch can keep

A huge welcome to you and your buns, Vincent. What lovely photos and thanks for sharing your story. They are lovely buns and go so well together.
It sounds as if they have a tough life with you, what with climbing on your back and getting all those cuddles !! LOL
Look forward to hearing more and certainly more photos !!!

                Thanks Dface and Vienna!

They are both very lovely buns! As for their names, I’m a bit of a art hobbiest, so when I got my older male (Whom passed away) and decided to name his Abstract because of his ‘abstract’ patching on his white (I’ll post photos of my older buns next time I’m on my computer maybe) I have since stuck to the art related name tradition for my buns!

And I’ll definitely dig up some more photos of these two if you guys want, too!
