Earlier today I made a post about my broken AC and I have a question about fans. It’s about 80 degrees in my bunnies room right now and, though he seems fine right now, I am making sure that I do my best to keep him cool. He doesn’t seem interested in the frozen water bottle, I think it actually scares him a bit. He also doesn’t want to lay on the tiles.

I have fan that is pointed at a small section of his room. He seems to like laying where the fan is blowing and he could easily move out of the breeze if he needed to.

I guess I am just not sure what is so concerning about rabbits being in drafts. Should I move the direction of the fan completely away at night since I will not really be around to keep an eye on him or will he decide to move on his own if it gets to be an unhealthy thing?

I want him to stay cool so I am glad that the breeze is cooling him off but I will move it if this would be a hazard to his health…

Mine have the fan on all night. If he can get away from it if he wants, then I don’t see a problem. 80 is pretty warm.
