Well I’ve just come across this very easy recipe, if you live with parents ask Mum or Dad first if you can make it if you want to have a go,

It might be useful if you can’t get to the shop and run out of bread.

It tastes good too, I ate the whole blooming lot.
I’m a Coeliac so I used Self raising Gluten free flour and skipped the baking powder and the vanilla, oh it went great with my Gluten fee sausages and then after my pork dripping, sorry vegetarians and vegans, I’m sure it will go great with Vegemite or jam too.

It looks a bit like damper / campfire bread. Not long ago, I tried a microwave bread in a cup recipe and it turn out awful. Lol… It was like rubber. I could have thrown it on the floor and it bounce and probably hit the ceiling.

I’ll give this recipe a go sometime though. Good to have with soup if your out of bread.
