I have in my kitchen under a pot a big thing with 8 legs, its 3 inches long, some of these can bite, I admit I’m scared of the things, I have been bitten in the past, no point in ringing animal rescue it isn’t a tarantula it would waste their time to remove a small 8 leg..

Can you carefully slide a piece of cardboard under the pot? Then you can at least transport it outside of your home where it can go about its own business!

I admit I get freaked out too, although I studied spiders in the lab for 2 years. Just remember that you are so much bigger than it, believe it or not it is scared of you too! It will only bite in self-defense, so moving it out of the house should be fine to avoid problems

Trap it in a jar or some disposable container and throw it out of the window! D: (don’t squash it, it’s gonna be hell to clean)

Kill it. Kill it with fire just burn the kitchen. Don’t actually.

They don’t like lemon I don’t think as well.
I’m actually not scared of them unless they randomly get on me and scare me. I usually just squish them.
