ok this may sound very strange but one of my rabbits loves cat trees she (poppy) hopped up to the ledge that leads to the tube where she can hide. my cat hates and I mean HATES the silly cat tree he won’t even look at it. does anyone else’s rabbit like something strange like that? and or should I get another since poppy likes it so much?

It doesn’t seem all that odd to me tbh! Rabbits are playful little critters, and each are unique in what it is they like and dislike. As long as it’s safe and she seems to enjoy it, I’d say go right ahead

I read on another thread here at some stage that the issues with cat trees are 1: the wood under the carpet is not safe if they chew it ( so provided they don’t chew it it should be fine)
2: the levels are made for limber cats , not sensitive backs of rabbits so you have to be careful which one you choose that it isn’t wobbly , levels are not too high off the ground , their is easy access to get down from each level so they don’t jump etc

My rabbits have a cat scratcher thingy and they don’t particularly care for it.

OBM there is no wood in the one my rabbits have except on the bottom part that holds the tube and I have made sure that poppy’s back isn’t too bent when climbing through the tube and to the ledge.
