Hi everyone! Someone from my local house rabbit society is doing a house visit tomorrow, and bringing a beautiful bun with her. If my house passes, I get to adopt him, and start bonding him with my Cocoa Puff! I’m so excited! Does anyone have any pointers on how to make the house visit go smoothly? The woman said from what she heard, I shouldn’t have a problem passing. I’m just so nervous! I fell in love with this bun and want to adopt him so bad.

Im not really sure in regards to the house visit. I want to say just simply be yourself! People will know you’re a true rabbit slave just from seeing your biy Cocoa Puff, I expect.
Are you introducing the buns today?

For that, I do recommend you do so in a neutral area where Cocoa doesn’t go.

ETA: If you have other pets, I would make sure they are well contained. The new bun might need time to acclimatise to other animals.

Good luck. If you pass (which I’m sure you will!) mame sure that new bun has a while to settle before you start bonding though.
