Lilo chews everything. Chargers, clothes, dressers…. But she has been chewing on her cage a lot more often lately. I know most rabbits do this because they haven’t been out of their cage a lot, but my bunny spends AT LEAST 3 hours out of her cage daily. Lilo chews on her cage bars and rattles her entire cage whenever she wants to get out, or his hungry, or just feels frustrated. Does anyone have anyone idea how this became a habit and how to stop it?

I think she needs more time out of her cage. Bar chewing is often due to boredom and frustration. They should have AT LEAST 6 hours of exercise time.

I would say that  she is getting bored so give her as much time out of the cage and you can and give her toys like willow sticks and balls to chew on, toilet paper rolls with hay and stuff like that. And keep away and up high things that are dangerous like chargers

i use cardboard and attach it in the interior so she can’t reach the bar.

I suggest letting her stay outside of her cage until she goes back in herself. She’s probably just bored and wants attention.

try new toys or a new cage set up to spice things up or maybe she wants your attention
