The other rabbit was only here for about a week. Once we got her through rough patch and got her out of dehydration I sent her to my friends home to live. However, Once she ( easter ) started peeing in the corner my rabbit ( snuggles ) went nuts and completely reverterd. Easter was only out 4 or 5 times before she went on to her forever home but snuggles is still doing the territorial thing. I have scrubbed the corners as well as the walls above it  mulitple times …picked up the droppings and put them in a litter ban with some of her wet litter from the cage… nothing is working… Im open to any suggestions

It’s a normal territorial thing. when I was bonding my bunns the would always poop and pee on the side of the cage closest to the other bunn. After they get over the initial excitement of a new bunny things should go back to normal. Until then you may want to move the litter box to that area or put a towel down for easy mess cleanup
