        Hi guys!

I was wondering if rabbits can have Psylluim Husk (we have lots around the house).

No, from what I’ve read, they shouldn’t have the husks. It can cause blockages. Psyllium husks swell a lot.

But if the plants are those pictured on this website: http://doctorschar.com/sand-plantain-plantago-psyllium/

the leaves  of the plants are excellent for bunnies. My bunny Bam loves them.

Don’t feed anything that has grown where there are raccoons though. Raccoons carry a particularly nasty form or roundworm that can be transmitted to rabbits.

I am not talking about the plant. We have lots of something called colon cleanse which basically has only psyllium husk in it.

Oh, I thought you meant literally growing around your house =D How silly of me. Psyllium husk is not recommended for buns due to the blockage-risk. You can give it to dogs though.

Thanks Didn’t know that dogs could have. Might give to my dog later.
