My bunny is used to eating nothing but fresh grass and veggies (mostly just carrots), but since my dad mowed the lawn I can’t feed him any. I gave him hay but he barely touches it and only eats pellets which I’ve only given him as treats. I’ve tried mixing them into the hay, but he will just rummage through it and find the pellets. Please help, I fear of him being underfed!!!!

Maybe try a sweeter hay like meadow hay lots of bunnys like this since it’s sweet. Do you know of a place that has gran that hasn’t been sprayed with chemicals?
I would recommend that you try to stop giving him a lot of fresh grass and try giving him grass and hay and slowly decrease the amount of grass he gets and make sure he’s eating more hay. I’m not saying to not give him any grass I’m just say decrease it so his diet is more hay.

Also for his veggies you shouldn’t be giving ‘mostly carrots’ Rabbits need leafy greens. Carrots are to be given in moderation as they are sugary.
