My bunny Romeo is a male, he is around 2 years old (I am not 100% sure because I was not given the exact age when I got him) and he’s been eating a lot more than he usually does, nothing wrong with that, but he is becoming much more skiddish and scared so much more easily to some of the movements I make. I’m becoming nervous because his cage is left open 6 to 7 hours a day and he chooses to stay inside whether he is eating or just chilling. He seems to scared to come out. He does tho sometimes and he seems alright when he comes out, but he was so much more of an explorational bun. He changed so quickly. Should I worry about this sudden change in his behaviour? I have no animals for him to be scared of, no loud noises. He’s feed and properly taken care of. He hasn’t been neutered. This is my first bun and other tips would be wonderful to avoid future anxiety.

Has the environment changed at all? Furniture rerranged perhaps? Or a new smell?
