Post diet and pre diet food list. I do have questions at the end. Note Licorice was only one in need of diet and Winter never went on one, I just cut pellets and gave extra veggies for her.

        PRE DIET (Winter + Licorice)

        Unlimited hay and water

        2 cup of veggies (L), 1 1/2 cup veggies (W)

        1/8 cup pellets each

Often a treat (banana slice, two grapes, etc.)

        POST DIET:

        Unlimited hay and water

        Often a treat

        2 1/2 cup veggies each

Is that enough vegetables to make up for the pellets? Should I put pellets back in, or are they okay without?

Well I suppose it depends on the variety of veggies that you’re providing. A diet w/o pellets needs a wider range of veggies than a diet with pellets. My buns have a small amount of pellets each morning and I give them between 6 and 10 different veggies per day.

Each week they get 4 or 5 different vegetables/herbs, and the next week they get something different. Not sure if it makes much of a difference as giving lots of different types at once?

That’s good that you vary them each week. That’s generally what I do – I pick 6 to 10 veggies one week, then the next week I’ll switch things out. For example last week they had romaine, Chinese leaf, spring greens, curly kale, coriander, dill, thyme, rocket and flat leaf parsley. This week they’ve got romaine, Chinese leaf, rocket, watercress, pak choi, mint, dill and thyme and flat leaf parsley again. It all depends what’s available at the supermarket. I would still try to include more than 4 or 5 per day tho if I were you.
