I just recently acquired a 3 year old intact female Dutch rabbit, she has started becoming very territorial/aggressive, she growls when we walk in the room, thumps her back leg really hard while running circles around us and a lot of other behaviors. She does not lunge or anything and allows petting, she will bite if being held however. I have all intentions of getting her spayed but my question was with her being 3 will spaying correct some of these behaviors or will they continue?

Spaying should certainly help curb these behaviors and may eliminate most of  these behaviors, since they are likely hormone driven. Since you haven’t had her very long, she may also be going through an adjustment period of being in a new place, with new people.

Most rabbits hate being held, and they may bite when held.  My rabbits have done this and they were all spayed and neutered. But for  health reasons and behavioral reasons, it would be a good idea to go ahead and get her spayed as soon as you can.
