My 2yr old rabbit, Nori is losing her litter habits.

I got her in December and she came litter trained and spayed (double checked at vet) and recently she started to poop and pee on my bed. I used to let her free roam all day but ever since she started I been only letting her out supervised. I would clean it right after when it happened and spray vinegar all over as soon as possible. Now Nori started to pee on me and I took her to the vet to have her checkup to find out that she’s healthy and theres nothing wrong.

Also when I would let her out and pet her, she would start digging me. Especially if I took a little nap, she would start digging at my head. I don’t know what to do at this point. Is she trying to claim dominance? If so what do I do? I really wanna keep her but if nothing changes I have to give her up

Digging at or on you is your buns way of saying you are not comfortable enough, or you are in their way. Its not a dominance thing, just a “I dont like what youre doing” communication

As for the peeing and pooping on your bed, buns like to toilet on soft things. Put a cover (like a plastic shower curtain) over your bed as this will be uncomfortable for her to try to toilet on, and if you see her begin to pee or poo, pick her up and put her in a litter box. Also consider adding another litter box or two
