hi i have two house rabbits doe and buck , from the minute i introduced blossom to boris love at first sight . she has just turned a yr old and fri just gone she went for her spay . although she came home it was clear there were probs not eating or poopin i tried my best to syringe feed but soo difficult . in morning still no change , struggling when i tried to fed her so back to vets . they took her in for afternoon and night . came back sun eating and pooping thankfully . settled back with her husbun . until this eve when a vicious fight broke out , she was chasing , circling boris trying to mount , he was trying to get away and she was coming after him fur flying .. iv seperated them and she is in the cage iv had to bring in ..  help what has caused this ? is it because shes been seperated from him , but yet shes been fine all of yesterday and today , something has set her off

Post spaying and neutering can cause a small time of craziness. If the male is neutered it shouldn’t be a problem but if he isn’t he might be territorial, try bonding them again lightly to bring back the vibes with some dates after she heals from her surgery

yes hes been neutered for some time , it seems to be coming from her. i let her out for a few mins again this morning ,but its not long before shes after him with a crazed look in her eyes , she just wants to mount him. poor boris just wants to be left alone.
