I got my bun neutered yesterday, when he came back he didn’t move for 6 hours or so and neither are not drank, save for a few pieces of papaya I hand fed him. After this he moved onto his litter box and stayed there. As of now, it’s been 4 hours! Right before this I looked under and I saw a bit of poop roll out so it means he’s pooping(?) But this seems so abnormal! What’s wrong with him?

He sounds like he has some pain. Did they give him a shot of long lasting pain med before he left? Or did you have some oral meds to give at home?

Is there any swelling of the sacs at all? This is not something to be concerned about, they sometimes fill with fluid, but you can hold a warm compress there to give some relief.
I would make sure there is a water bowl close to him and try feeding wet greens to keep him hydrated.
Do call your clinic if he continues to act unwell. Males usually don’t take as long to recover as female rabbits.

By the sounds of it he hasnt eaten or drinking for 10 hours? He will need to see a vet asap as it sounds like he is stasis from pain. Stasis can kill a rabbit if left untreated for more than a day or two.
