Just adopted a 12 week old Holland Lop. His name is Copper! I’m 20 years old and I’ve wanted to own rabbits ever since I can remember (my parents say “bun bun” was one of my first words). I have had guinea pigs, cats, dogs, and horses, but this is my first bunny. My boyfriend and I came across a wild bunny’s den with the mother and 2 of the 4 baby bunnies dead. They couldn’t have been more than 10 days old… We named them Ezio and Altair. Because they were wild cottontail bunnies, we took them to Liberty Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (in Arizona) and someday when they’re old enough they’ll be released from the wild. However, when my boyfriend (Zac) saw the look on my face when we handed them over, he drive me to Pratt’s Pets and promptly bought me a bunny! I’ve never been more happy in my entire life.

          Aww gorgeous!
Congrats on your new rabbit and welcome!
I would have had a hard time handing over the cotton tails too. So cute that you have you’re own wild coloured hopper.
I have a lop bun just like him, though my guy has a few years on yours.

Aren’t the big brown eyes the best?!

p.s.  I added the pics in for you. The attachment files were uploaded but you just need to click on “Insert Image” icon next to the file names. Then they’ll appear in the post.

Hi! Copper is adorable! He looks like a good snuggler. That’s great that you guys saved Ezio and Altair – I too am an Assassin’s Creed fan
