I received 2 doe rabbits I had them in the same cage I have discovered 5 kits. 4 of which died looks like they had been jumped on. Yes I had them in a nesting box with hay. I need to separate the does but I cannot tell which had the babies. How can I tell? I dont want to lose the last baby. I did not know they were pregnant!

I’m sorry to hear this sad news.

As a non-breeding forum we have limited knowledge of litters. There may be someone along who can help you but I suggest you check out a Forum with more breeding knowledge such as http://www.rabbitsonline.net/
