Cocoa (female Lionhead bun) keeps digging everywhere, ESPECIALLY at the doors in the hallway, and for some reason she grinds her teeth on the wood.. I don’t get it, she has plenty of willow toys to chew on, I know it’s like.. a female bunny thing to dig but I don’t get why she does the teeth grinding thing on the floor, the door, etc. Not only that, but she does that on the cushion bed I have specifically for Cocoa and Cerise to lounge on.

Does anybody know the answer for this? It’s so weird and I don’t understand what it means really

Are the doors she digs at in the hallway closed? If something is blocking Luna’s way, she will usually dig at it.

My bun digs for attention. She digs me when she wants pets, digs doors when she wants in the other room. She’s learned it’s a great way to get us to stop what we are doing and pay attention to her

All the doors are closed, but even if I have the doors open she’ll dig at the corners of the door.. it’s weird

Maybe build a digging box for her as a distraction from the doors?
