I believe my rabbit is experiencing a false
Pregnancy. She started nesting 6 days ago
and she’s still adding to it. How long is
too long? I was under the impression she
would be done within 3 days. Should I be
        worried?

I’ve never heard whether or not there is an issue with nesting for more than several days. Is she otherwise behaving normally? (normal eating, drinking, pooping)

Yes everything else is normal. She loves her food! I’m new to being a bunny mum. We adopted her 3 weeks ago. I know she’s not pregnant because previously she was alone in a cage for 2 months.
The nesting has definitely calmed down. First few days were pretty intense but now she only does it for around 10 minutes at night.

She might like a digging box . You just take a cardboard box and cut out a doorway, and fill it a third of the way with some crumpled up papers/cardboard.

I think it can go for a week or two, normally. And it can happen one after another. When she is spayed, it should slowly come to a stop over the course of a few months
