Forum DIET & CARE Can I feed the contents of a tea bag to my rabbit?

        Hi,

        I have a weird question that just came to me can I feed the contents of my Camomile tea bag by lipton it has no sugar the ingredients just say camomile 92%, Spearmint.

          Chamomile and spearmint are both on the safe list (not chamomile for lactating does). I’d check to see if there are other things like lecithin, bonding agents, preservatives, etc. I pefer loose tea myself coz I know it doesn’t have GMO soy lecithin. Not sure about quantities though, I’d do some more research on that, and use limited quantities until you have more info.

            Agreed with Vanessa. Those are bunny safe but I def wouldn’t give a whole tea bag. That may cause tummy upsets, especially if its’ something your bun is not used to.
