Hello all who read this! I am new to this site and on top of that, I just got a new bunny last Friday. I am a first time bunny owner and I came here to learn the tips and tricks of the trade to ensure my bunny is happy and healthy
So feel free to comment and say hello, share pictures of your rabbit(s) here (I’d love to see some, they’re so cute!) or if you have a helpful tip or trick I’d love to read it ^^So, with no further adieu~
This is Charlie, he is 2 years old. My boyfriend and I got him from Kijiji. The woman who was selling him, said he was a rescue that her friend had picked up and given to her. She was unable to take care of him so she gave him to us for free. He is happily settling in and is playful and curious. I’ve even gotten a couple of bunny cuddles so far

Hehe I think Peanut was probably investigating the camera! That’s one of my favourite photos of him <3 He and Buttercup are 5 months and 3 weeks

Breintje is very small indeed, he’s a Netherland dwarf and weigh 1250 g. A cute and feisty ball of energy -

His name is Chewbacca, he’s a lionhead mix, and at nearly two years old, he’s just shy of 2kg but full of sauce

Yes, I’m lucky to have had my special man so long.
Bunnies, as a general rule, are like dogs and horses, in that the smaller breeds tend to live longer. The small buns can live into their teens. I’ve heard of bunnies 12 and even 13 that are still healthy and happy.Wow, that’s a long time! haha I heard 8-10 years but it’s good to know, they have the potential to live 12-13 years ^^
