This is my bunny Piper and she has always had this oddly shaped nose, it juts outwards. I’ve been trying to look up if it was a normal occurrence but have turned up empty. Can anyone enlighten me on whether or not something is wrong?

It’s hard to say, but one option is that her nose was bitten by another rabbit when she was younger so it has remained that way. However it doesn’t quite look like that to me, she may have an infection such as rabbit syphilis which can cause crusty growths on the nose. Other possibility are papilloma, lypoma as well as cancerous growths. Best to get it checked out by a rabbit savvy vet to determine whether it’s something that needs to be removed.

Thank you, I just scheduled an appointment for her this month.
