My father has offering be a cabinet he had started to make but never finished. It is 68 inches long and 36 inches tall and made out of oak plywood. The inside is a smooth box with no bars or anything. My question is if there is a way to make it safe to use for my bunny? Can I paint the inside with something or even cover it in linoleum? It would be a really nice rabbit house if I could use it for that!!

I’m not so sure but as long as it is circulated I think it’ll be ok. Is there a place where air can get in?

Yes, the entire front is completely open and I just plan on putting up wire framed doors so the entire front would be open. I would probably cut a hole in both sides too and add wire mesh just to be safe.

I think that would be perfect then!
