My baby buns, now 2 weeks old, are doing well and just left the nest box today to explore the cage. They are now hopping, walking (its more of an awkward wobble), and scratching their ears. At first I thought it was cute but I noticed multiple are scratching at once and fairly often. Is this just them becoming acclimated to their bodies or could something be irritating them? I used timothy hay and a towel for their nest and they always seemed fine. Am I just being an overly concerned about scratching?

Youd have to examine their skin and inside of their ears. If their skin looks flakey or dry, you might want to head to the vet to make sure theres no infection spreading through the litter of kits. If their ears look clogged or waxy, it might help to bring them in to make sure theres no build up in their ears
