I give alfalfa pellets to my momma bunny which is ok. But some people have said baby bunnies can’t have oats? Is this true?

Since we are a house rabbit forum, many of our members are not educated in baby rabbit or mother care. Additionally, we do not allow discussion of breeding/litters. I am going to remove the last sentence of your post for this reason.
Oats are generally safe to give to bunnies but not usually recommended because of their high nutrient density. Since it isn’t required, I would forego the oats for bunnies of any age. Oat hay, maybe?

Here is a little bit of info about diet for baby bunnies: http://www.therabbithouse.com/diet/diet-baby.asp

As you can see, grass hay is very important and should be fed as soon as possible, so the babies get into good hay-eating habits. As LEL says oats are not toxic or anything, but it’s not the most species apporopriate food for bunnies, so I think I’d stick with giving the little ones alfalfa pellets just like you give their mum.
