I’m looking at doing an international move and unfortunately the airlines with the shortest flights do not allow rabbits in cabin, only 2 airlines do and I may not be able to use them. Has anyone flown with their rabbit as cargo? Tokki is almost a year old and pretty well adapted but I’m concerned that she may not do well on the travel and I should give her to a friend instead.

I have never experienced this, but I know some members have dealt with it. Here is another thread you might find helpful.

Rabbits are delicate and honestly the cargo area seems a bit too rough for them. I would do as much research as you can into the conditions and if you could get her into cabin if possible. Good luck!
Hopefully someone with experience will post here.
