I recently started weighing water when I give it to the bunnies, just out of curiosity to see how much they drink. Lilo only consumes 70-90mL (2.5-3 ounces) a day. He gets around 25mL (~1oz of water with his wet veggies). He weighs 1.8kg (4 pounds). Is this normal? It seems so little to me. Pepper on the other hand drinks ~160 mL (5.5 oz) a day and she’s only 1.55kg (3.5 pounds).

If Lilo is drinking alarmingly little I can add a little bit of pineapple juice to his water. But I would really rather not add extra sugar if it’s not that bad. How much do your bunnies drink?

My bunnies each have a water bowl that measures 12 cm in diameter and is 5 cm deep and for Buttercup she drinks a whole bowl (though I never let it empty, I top it up throughout the day so it’s always full) Peanut drinks maybe half to 3/4 of a bowl but he also eats less hay than Buttercup. I’m not sure what that amounts too but when they had a bottle they would drink around 150-250ml each and they pee more now so I assume they must be drinking more. They have their veggies served quite wet too.
