  LOL Thanks, anyways, Az. It’s like a Facebook for books. You can keep track of titles (you have ‘bookshelves’), review books, talk about books, get book recommendations or ideas from friends, etc. I joined only last year but have no friends on there so my reccommendations are rather limited

  I’ve found the best way to get recommendations is to rate every book you read, not just those you liked. And select genres you typically enjoy. This tends to make the algorithm work a bit better.

  Good to know, Sara. My problem is that I read so many hundreds of books before I even discovered GR, that now I’m daunted by the thought that maybe I should try to find and rate all the titles I can remember

  I sent a friends-request to you. I don’t really understand how to work the site though =/ It could be because I’ve never really used it, you just mentioned its existence some time ago. Probably in May 2016 because that’s when I joined.
  
  I’m currently re-reading Wuthering Heights. But need new glasses and have an appointment on Wednesday to get new ones =)

  Oh god bam !! I tried so hard with Wuthering Heights last year (I’m trying to read ones that I think I should have read… sort of classics)…
  I DID, I TRIED…. but oh how I didn’t like it…. I LABOURED through it and said something very relieving when I finished it !!! (Did I finish it? I really can’t remember!)

  Going through a reading phase again so going to join this site and it’s all your fault I’ll find you and add you, my name is the same. I’ll have to go adding all my details and start to review books etc tomorrow, as I should be going to bed for work now.
  
  Also, if you liked A Dog’s Purpose, you may like The Art of Racing in the Rain, or the Chet and Bernie mysteries.
