  Okay so thinking of buck names
  Will be a holland lop – probably a fawn one I have my eye one…
  Unique name ideas??
  
  Must sound okay with Oakley ( my cream holland lop)
  
  I like pilot ( for the long airoplane ears )
  Or willowby ( or Willoughby – willow theme goes with the oak theme)
  Other half isn’t sold on either… their choice is Timothy ( as in Timothy hay)
  
  I like Oliver Twist and Christopher Robin but both are out due to family member names being similar (Chris and olly )

  European barberry has red berries and Japanese barberry the leaves turn from green to orange and red in the fall

  Or the only name we both like – and would both be happy with so far that we can think to suggest is – Casper or Kasper – it means keeper of the treasure and since he is golden fawn so it fits well….
  would do his registered name as “(insert rabbitry name)’s burrowed treasure ” or similar

  Casper the Friendly Ghost. You’ve never seen that cartoon? He makes friends with a fox and then hunters kill him.

  It’s one of the original cartoon “shorts” from the 1940s, I think. We had a VHS tape of classic Casper cartoons when I was a kid. It made me cry every time I watched it.

  Okay so that wee boy wasn’t meant to be , he has a home already and is going to a family tomorrow – I probably should wait till Oakley is older anyway and see if we still want another at same time as him
  He lives in with us so I’m nervous he won’t like sharing his space as he gets constant attention with 6 of us to fuss over him lol
  
  I’m keeping my Willoughby name though for a “one day” bunny so other half better get used to it!!!

  Aw. I’m sorry to hear that. But I definitely understand your concern about Oakley and single-bunny environments. I would have the same concerns. Either way, enjoy your life with Oakley!

  Aw, sorry you did not get that little bunny. I think it is a good idea to wait to get another bunny until a month after Oakley is fixed

  Yeah I just really really wanted that one , but it is for the best I know it is – and he sounds like he went to a good home too so it all worked out in the end
  Maybe I am just supposed to have one this time – at least for now. Bonding scares me anyway!
