  I am 41 years old now, my hair is just past shoulder length, it is very long at the front, I don’t want to cut my hair because it took a long time to grow it to this length, I cannot tie it back into a ponytail, but I can tie it at the sides in bunches, is it OK at 41 years old to have hair in bunches at the sides?
  
  I don’t like putting my hair at the front back in grips because they irritate me and I need my hair out of my eyes because well us girls know what it is like having hair in our eyes.

  I say it’s totally fine! I’m 34 and wear side buns, pigtails and braids. I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!
  
  I figure if Willie Nelson can still wear pigtails at his (70s?) Age, I can too!

  CA,I think you can pull off pigtails. You look much younger than 41, judging from what we’ve seen of you here.
