So I have had Schnapps for 8 months now, she was given to me by my friend. She is a two year old, mini lop. I have had to take her to the vet before for similar symptoms but this time they seem worse. She has discharge coming from both eyes & her nose. I can hear her breathing sometimes. She has no matting on her paws, her appetite is the same, she goes to the bathroom the same & she drinks plenty of water. Can anyone help?

It sounds like snuffles. She needs to see a vet for antibiotics.

Your rabbit may have an bacterial infection and this requires a vet visit for antibiotics. Rabbit try to hide their illness/weakness because in the wild if they dont they would be an easy target for predators. So spotting for subtle symptoms early on would be good as start the antibiotics now means getting over the sickness faster.
