As we all know sometimes boy bunnies sprinkle when they tinkle, I sometimes find that some tinkle has gone under Olly’s tray somehow, someone suggested putting a puppy pee pad under his tray, but Olly will chew anything that is different, are these safe if a bunny should chew into one?

I am planning on getting Olly a very big litter tray, the sort for giant rabbits, someone did say I could put his tray into the cat tray I got for Olly that didn’t work, but Olly does leap from one side of the room into his tray and I think he might miss and hurt himself.

I have pee pads for Bam now and he actually did nibble into one -he made a hole about half an inch in diameter. I think the cheaper pee pads are safer than the more expensive ones, the expensive ones has the same gel that’s in diapers. It’s super-absorbent and probably not good if the bun ate it. The cheaper pee pads are just paper and a plastic underside. They work well for bunny pee though.

Does he refuse the cat box? My Bam refuses everything that’s smaller than a regular cat litterbox. He’s not a big guy, but he probably thinks he is

He does use the cat tray but tinkle goes down the back of it, like when he is in his rabbit tray he backs right up into that and it has a big back on it, so maybe he thinks the cat tray is the same, but I still find tinkle under the box when he uses his rabbit tray,, when he has to go he lets it flow.
